From 1st July 2012, European legislation requires each fund to have a Key Investment Information Document (KIID).
The KIID is a two page document which replaces the Simplified Prospectus. It contains information you need to know before you invest such as the objective and performance of the fund together with the charges and risks associated with investing. The standard format and content of a KIID allows you to compare individual funds from different fund managers.
You need to acknowledge that you have read the KIID before investing in any fund. Any investment instructions may be subject to delay and possibly rejected if you have not confirmed that you have read the KIID for the fund in which you are investing.
You can access the KIIDs by clicking here or on request from ECM, the Investment Manager, at 34 Grosvenor Street, London W1K 4QU.
You can access the regulatory documents of the funds via Fund Web Library by clicking here or on request from ECM, the Investment Manager, at 34 Grosvenor St, London W1K 4QU.
